Is a pregnancy course needed?

It is entirely up to you whether you want to follow a pregnancy course or not. If you become a mother for the first time, it can certainly contribute. There are an awful lot of pregnancy courses. Thus, one is focused on feeling fit and staying fit during pregnancy, the other focuses on contractions and another is about breastfeeding. Whatever you choose, it always contributes to your pregnancy or delivery.

So you can really do something about it. After all, good preparation is half the work. You can also meet other pregnant women. It is always nice to know that there are others in the same boat. This way you can share pleasant experiences and maybe there will be friendships for life! But of course it is up to you what you want to do, probably you will survive without a pregnancy course.

How much does a pregnancy course cost?

The costs of a pregnancy course differ greatly per pregnancy course. In addition, you have to pay for some courses per lesson or session and for the other the amount for the entire course. In general, an entire course, for example PregnantFit, Maternity Gym, or yoga, is between 100 and 150 euros per course. You then pay about 10 to 15 euros per session. A breastfeeding course costs about 25 or 40 euros per session.

From when pregnancy course?

If you are interested in a pregnancy course, it is wise to orient yourself in time. Pregnancy courses can often have a waiting list. It also differs per pregnancy course when you can start.     When: from about the 16th week of pregnancy

    Focused on: body and your baby

    Pregnancy hapomony is a pregnancy course that you do with your partner.The course is aimed at making contact with your little baby in the stomach.
