Vegetable calendar - In which month, which vegetable is available

I prefer to eat as healthy as possible, which means that I will rarely buy vegetables from a pot, freezer or can. I prefer to put fresh vegetables on the table every day. It is not only tastier, but also healthier for me. But sometimes I misunderstand. Then I suddenly find (for example) pumpkin and I can not find that anywhere.

Out of season

Apparently I am looking for off-season. Or I can find it, but the specific vegetable I'm looking for is outrageously expensive. That is not exactly the intention either. If I only find out in the supermarket there, I'll bump properly. Because then I have a recipe in my head and I suddenly have to switch and think about what I will eat.
Difficult because switching is not my best quality. My 'shopping through the activities as quickly as quickly' quickly changes into a time-consuming activity.

Using the vegetable calendar saves the price!

Do you have any idea when a particular vegetable is for sale? Looking for asparagus in February and salsify in May? Then this vegetable calendar can be a handy tool! On this vegetable calendar you can see exactly when a certain vegetable is available! Easy and cheap. Because if you buy seasonal vegetables in the right season, that will significantly reduce the price.

Not the month, available anyway

It is of course possible that a vegetable in a particular month does not occur according to the above table, but is still available. The vegetable calendar only shows when the supply of the vegetables is the largest and therefore also the cheapest (and qualitatively the best and therefore the healthiest).
