Photoblog lines week 6 - 365 days lines

The sixth week of the attempt # 365day lines. The weeks slowly pass and still things are going well. Of course I occasionally crave something tasty. Sometimes I give in and I neatly record the calories. Usually I compensate with something else. Then I eat something less, for example, so that it still remains well balanced.
As promised, I also kept a photo blog this week. Maybe I can motivate or encourage you to participate? Or maybe you still have healthy (and tasty) tips for dishes or do you want to share your success story? Always welcome!

Soup of the week

I make a soup for lunch once a week. This week it is a courgette soup. I have already made this before, but again the recipe (pdf). Actually, I wanted to make another soup this week, but the courgettes were on sale and I thought it was a shame to let this happen. Another soup next week.
